Kay Crotty MCSP MAACP
Practice Lead
Specialties: Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction, Reciprocal Spino-Pelvic Health
Kay began her physiotherapy career in the musculoskeletal arena having undertaken post graduate training both in the UK and Canada. She established Physiolink in 1990. Building on her spinal background she diversified into Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction and is now one of the leading physiotherapists in this field in the UK. She has recently completed a programme of research investigating pelvic floor exercises in collaboration with The University of Hertfordshire and Northwick Park and St Mark’s Hospitals. Kay has published and presented her research internationally and in Spring 2008 was awarded the prize for best scientific presentation at the annual conference of CSUK (Continence Society UK). Her doctoral degree is due for completion in 2012.
Yogesh Parmar MCSP MACPSM

Yogesh Has been with the team since 2007 although recently took a sabbatical and was awarded a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy by “Manual Concepts” following an intensive three month period of study held at the the prestigious Curtin University, Australia. He is currently working on his Masters Degree in Manual Therapy. Yogesh has a special interest in sports injuries and treating elite athletes across a wide range of sports and leads the sports innjury service at Physiolink. He particularly enjoys his work with cricketers and has been lead physiotherapist for Essex County Cricket team and has worked since 2009 alongside the lead physiotherapist for the Indian National Cricket Team in India during IPL matches and when the team are on tour the UK. We are enormously proud that he is currently the attending physiotherapist (London) to Sachin Tendulkar
Karen Barkshire MCSP MAACP
Specialties: Hand and Wrist Injuries, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Osteoarthrosis of the Knee
Karen has a wealth of experience having been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist since 1991. She has been a Physiolink team member since 1998. She previously held a senior position in a hand clinic and continues to use the skills acquired there as our lead hand therapist including bespoke splinting. She has a strong manual therapy and acupuncture base and incorporates these into her caseload of peripheral and spinal joint dysfunction. Additionally she uses a progressive exercise approach for patients with vestibular dysfunction
Vikas Bajaj MCSP MSc
Specialties: Shoulder, Lower Limb Biomechanical Dysfunction, Spine
Vikas holdsa Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. He has extensive experience as a NHS team leader and latterly as lead practitioner for a Royal Air Force rehab clinic where the case load included both simple and complex trauma and chronic pain, and which involved high-end rehabilitation in readiness for armed action. Vikas adopts a biomechanical assessment approach to identify the root causes of injuries. He believes in hands on techniques to reduce pain in the acute stage, together with a strong emphasis on treating the underlying cause with preventative and self help exercises so that positive outcomes are maintained in the long term. He is currently leading our biomechanics and orthotics service. We are delighted to welcome him as the newest member to our team
Susan Pearson MCSP Cert Occ health MAACP APPI

Sue joined Physiolink in 2010 to develop our rehabilitation service using our new studio. She has wide ranging experience having worked in the NHS including several years at Stanmore RNOH, Private Practice and the Old Albanian Rugby Club. She holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and currently works with large international corporations. Within several of her corporate contracts she has had the opportunity to use gyms from which her individual and group rehabilitation expertise has developed, based on her already firm exercise ethos. She is expert in reintroducing patients with back pain and postural dysfunction to exercise via her clinical Pilates classes and screens and conditions all patients before starting group work in order to maximize safety and success. Sue also practices needle acupuncture for headaches, spinal and other joint pains.
David J. Bevan SRP MSCP

David holds a BSc.(Hons) in Sports Science majoring in Biomechanics at Liverpool John Moores University. It was at this renowned institute for research that he first developed an interest for gait analysis and human function. He then undertook a two year pre-registration Masters Degree at Birmingham University to qualify as a physiotherapist. He gained extensive experience at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and at Hillingdon PCT before moving into the independent sector. David’s strong manual therapy base includes trigger point release, massage, myofasical release and joint mobilization. His combines this with empowerment of the patient through self management and individualised exercise programmes
Rosalind Sandys MCSP
Specialties: The Elderly Spine, Deep Tissue Mobilisation
Rosalind has a wealth of experience in spinal and soft tissue techniques having graduated in 1981 as a Physiotherapist. She took up her first post at The Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast where she gained intensive experience in all areas of trauma, especially orthopaedics and neurological rehabilitation. She moved to London to work at University College Hospital where her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy developed and during which time she provided physiotherapy to local rugby teams and health clubs. She has attended numerous postgraduate courses with an emphasis on deep tissue mobilisation. She has developed a passion and affinity for treatment of the elderly patient, with an emphasis on the degenerative spine and lower limbs. She has been a member of the Physiolink team since 1997
Rakshita Parmar MCSP MAACP
Specialities: Headache, Knee, Elbow, Pilates
Rakshita holds a Masters Degree in Applied Muculoskeletal Physiotherapy obtained at Sheffield Hallam University. She has extensive musculoskeletal experience having worked in India and the NHS before joining the Physiolink team in 2008. She is a qualified instructor of Modified Pilates having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI). She uses acupuncture as an adjunct to her musculoskeletal skills and has a keen interest in its use for headache.
Alex Daulat MCSP MSc MSOM

Alex graduated from Kings’s College school of physiotherapy, London in 2000. His postgraduate training includes a Masters Degree in Orthopaedic Medicine from Middlesex University and a Diploma in Injection Therapy. He has extensive experience working in the NHS including two of the leading teaching hospitals in London, St Thomas’ and St Mary’s Hospitals. As well bringing his extensive expertise to the Physiolink team, Alex works as an extended scope practitioner in Ealing specialising in spinal conditions. He is also a clinical Pilates instructor. He has been with the Physiolink tean since 2005
Felicity Campbell MCSP
Specialties: Spine, Lower Limb, Exercise Rehabilitation
Felicity completed her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia. She relocated to London in 2009. Since qualifying she has worked in private practice and with various professional sports teams and dance schools in Australia and the UK. Felicity’s main interests lie with musculoskeletal care, injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as encouraging individuals to take personal responsibility for their own health, as it is not only fundamental to their rehabilitation but paramount to their future quality of life. She is primarily interested in lower limb complaints, and central conditions of the cervical spine and lumbar spine. Furthermore, Felicity hopes to investigate how movement, through the practice of Pilates and yoga and the philosophy itself, can be applied to and support higher learning and the development of optimal body awareness.
Sarang Bobhate MCSP

Sarang holds a Masters Degree in Applied Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University. He gained valuable experience by working as both a Junior and Senior Physiotherapist in a multi specialty hospital with a wide caseload including musculoskeletal, sports injuries, cardio respiratory, neuro physiotherapy and intensive care. He has worked extensively on 4 research programmes with 2 published research articles. He joined the Physiolink team in September 2010. He is a reflective practitioner and is always eager to learn new skills. He is committed to the evidence base and to continual professional development and strives to deliver best care to his patients
